Hi, I’m Christine

I’m a licensed therapist and real human who knows life can feel heavy, confusing, and downright messy at times.

Before starting Mindful Insights, I spent years in hospitals, emergency rooms and in hospice care — supporting people through some of the hardest moments of their lives. That experience shaped how I show up as a therapist. I understand the pressure of being the one others rely on… and how easy it is to lose yourself in the process.

My work integrates various therapeutic techniques to help you better understand the patterns shaping your stress, relationships and emotional experience. Together we’ll slow down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface and build steadiness that lasts beyond therapy sessions.
