THERAPY FOR EXHAUSTED PARENTS
You love your kids deeply — but between the constant planning, the guilt, the overstimulation, and trying to be everything for everyone, you’re exhausted.
We make space to help you carry the responsibility differently, feel more grounded, and reconnect with yourself…not just the version of you everyone depends on.
You’re tired.
Touched out.
Pulled in a hundred
directions.
Being a parent is one of the most meaningful roles you'll ever have—but that doesn't mean it's easy.
Somewhere between the school pickups, laundry, appointments, meals, bedtime routines and trying to keep everyone else afloat, you stopped noticing how much of yourself you've been giving away.
You love your kids more than anything. But loving them doesn't make the constant responsibility any lighter.
If you've been wondering why you're so exhausted, so irritable, or why you don't quite feel like yourself anymore, you’re in the right place.
Sometimes the hardest part is realizing these aren't personal failures—they're signs you've been carrying too much for too long.
You spend so much time taking care of your kids and family. You deserve a space where no one needs anything from you.
The goal isn’t to become the perfect parent. It’s to stop treating your own needs like they always have to come last
THERAPY CAN HELP
This isn’t about becoming the perfect parent… because that doesn’t exist.
It’s about creating a version of parenting that feels more connected and sustainable — not just something you survive.
It’s not about learning how to do more or be more efficient or productive. It’s about helping you feel steadier, supported, and like yourself inside the chaos.
It’s about carrying things differently, accepting mistakes and learning how to take care of yourself without feeling guilty or selfish for it.

UNDERSTAND THE PATTERNS
We’ll l start understanding what’s underneath the stress and reactivity that are keeping you stuck in cycles of guilt, perfectionism, and constant self-criticism
CONNECT TO WHAT’S UNDERNEATH
We’ll explore the emotional drivers behind those patterns—not just intellectually, but in a way that helps things actually begin to shift.
INTERRUPT THE CYCLE
We’ll build awareness around your triggers, nervous system and stress responses so you can respond more intentionally instead of reacting.
REBUILD FROM A MORE GROUNDED PLACE
Together, we’ll create a version of parenting and life that feels more connected, sustainable and aligned with who you want to be.
HI, I’M CHRISTINE
Someone Who Understands
the Weight
of Parenting
A lot of my life happens in the same place yours probably does—school drop off lines, sports practices, chasing down forgotten cleats or backpacks, and answering the dreaded question of "What’s for dinner?”
I understand what it feels like to carry the invisible mental load—the planning, the anticipating, the worrying, and the constant pressure to be patient, present, and to get it “right.”
From the outside, parenting can look like a normal busy life. But for some parents they quietly lose connection with themselves and parts of themselves that existed outside of being a parent.
Because I live in the real world of parenting too, I strive to create a space that feels human, supportive, and actually helpful—not another place where you feel judged, picked apart, or expected to have all the answers.
